Introduction

The Rainbow organisation is a charity that supports clients with sight problems and may need help using I.C.T, This task will include the attributes and attitudes necessary to work in the this organisation

Specific Attribute


Technical knowledge-

The employees within the rainbow organisation must have quite a bit of technical knowledge to help people learn, they must know how to create talking books which are saved onto CDs and then loaned to clients, they must also have the ability to burn CDs and know how to load and listen to the CDs, The employees will also need to know how to navigate through computers programs and folders have the ability to use the web browser have other basic computer knowledge and typing skills to work successfully in the rainbow organisation.


General Attributes

Team Working-

Team working is a vital part of the rainbow organisation as they are a charity the employees must work together to keep the organisation going. They need to help each other out and make sure that the clients are kept happy and comfortable. Everyone from the managers to the staff must have good team working skills so that the whole organisation can run smoothly and effectively.

Personal Attributes

Determined

The employees from the rainbow organisation must be very determined to help people with sight problems learn how to use computers. they must give there best efforts to help the charity succeed and help as many people as possible it may take a lot of time and may be hard to get used to the environment but if the employees are determined then they will do well.

Self Motivation

The employees must be motivated all the time as they are dealing with people who may not have a lot of confidence and they can help to motivate them to learn as much as they can, As they are working within a charity organisation they must motivate themselves to go and give there best efforts to the clients everyday. Without the staff being motivated the organisation would not be a success and the clients would not achieve what they are hoping to.
